Captain-Ye Terms of Service

Welcome to Captain-Ye. These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of this service. Using the Captain-Ye website or mini program means you have read and accepted them.

1. What the service is

This service sells physical goods such as shoes, socks and underwear. When you buy a ship product you also receive a matching treasure ship, which you can send to sea by spending oil; when the voyage ends and the ship returns to port, the server randomly opens a reward from that ship class’s reward pool. Rewards may be treasure, coupons or physical goods.

The price you pay is for the physical goods themselves.The treasure game and what it yields are complimentary benefits bundled with the goods; they are not priced or sold separately.

2. Random gameplay and odds

1. Each voyage’s reward is an independent random event decided by the server, unaffected by earlier results; there is no “guaranteed after N misses” pity mechanic unless an event explicitly says so.
2. The odds for each ship class’s reward pool are disclosed in the “What this ship may bring back” section of the product page and computed from the server’s actual weights.
3. Reward pools and odds may change with operations; the latest disclosure on the product page applies, and rewards already opened are unaffected.
4. Random results such as ship names, paint jobs, treasure and raid loot cannot be chosen, bought directly or re-rolled.
5. Using cheats, scripts, request replay or similar means to interfere with results is strictly prohibited. Once verified, we may revoke the related rewards and freeze or close the account.

3. Virtual items

1. Oil is an in-game consumable used for existing gameplay such as sailing, speeding up, repairing ships and raiding.
2. Treasure is a collectible produced by opening rewards and can be sold for oil in your Hold under the server’s rules.
3. Virtual items such as oil and treasure cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted or traded, and have no legal-tender value.
4. When an account is closed or banned for violations, the virtual items in it are cleared without conversion or compensation.

4. Orders, delivery and returns

1. Physical goods can be returned or exchanged without reason within 7 days of signed delivery, provided they are intact and resellable.
2. Physical prizes earned through the Voyage Log or other existing gameplay can be claimed for delivery at the designated entry and follow the matching product rules.
3. Oil already spent and random results already opened are not reversed by a return. After a full refund, the treasure-ship benefits tied to that order lapse at the same time.
4. For hygiene reasons, customised items and underwear cannot be returned without reason once opened; the product page’s notes apply.

5. Accounts and conduct

Where WeChat Open Platform conditions are met, the website and mini program recognise the same captain account and the same fleet. Keep your account safe; do not lend, sell or share it. Do not interfere with the system, register in bulk or farm benefits abusively.

6. Changes and interruptions

Maintenance, upgrades, faults or force majeure may interrupt the service temporarily. We will do our best to give notice and keep interruptions short; losses caused by us will be handled reasonably after verification.

7. Updates to these terms

Changes to these terms are posted on this page. Material changes will be flagged separately; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
